Due to the hygienic nature of body care products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]
We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Shipping

We proudly ship Canada-wide! Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. A flat-rate shipping fee of $9 applies to all orders unless the order meets the criteria for free shipping, which will be clearly displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier service. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
